Furniture Care

Depending on the finish, it may benefit from occasional re-oiling or repainting. Each piece is made from solid wood and is designed to age gracefully, any wear and tear can be easily repaired.
Shipping

Chatterton Studio furniture is designed and handcrafted in Northern NSW, Australia.

We offer complimentary delivery throughout the Tweed Valley, Tweed Coast and surrounding Northern Rivers region (within 50 km of our Murwillumbah studio).

We also ship Australia-wide through trusted partners who specialise in professional furniture freight, both locally and interstate.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on our pieces.

We only replace pieces if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged pieces, please send us an email at hello@chatterton.studio

Please note, these are one of a kind pieces and some colour irregularities may be present.

How do I make an order?

Our pieces are available to purchase via enquiry. Here’s how it works:

Browse our collection - Take your time exploring our available pieces on the website.

Submit an enquiry - Once you’ve found something you love, select the 'Enquire' button on the product page. Please make sure to include your suburb and postcode.

Receive a shipping quote - We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with pricing, availability and shipping costs based on your location.

Confirm your order - If you're happy to proceed, we’ll arrange payment and finalise the order.

Are your pieces ready to ship?

All of our pieces are ready to ship. These are one-off works available to purchase as soon as they are listed on the site.
Who makes your pieces?

Isaac does! Each piece is made by hand in our Northern NSW studio in Australia. Isaac has been woodworking for 13 years. Read more about Isaac on our studio page.
Who designs your pieces?

Isaac and Alex. Our process is collaborative, it begins with imagining what we’d love to have in our own home or create for friends, and evolves from there. Read more about our process on our studio page.
Do you take on custom projects?

We take on a small number of commissions each year and prioritise projects that align with our practice, so smaller custom pieces may not always be the right fit.

Our collaborative projects are best suited to those who resonate with our work and are looking to create something considered and one of a kind together.
